The concept "Eura Mobil Sealed Structure" combines the advantages of high body strength with the best long-term quality and attractive design. Due to Modern bonding processes from aviation technology creates an all-round sealed structure without through-bolting of the outer walls. The floor-wall connections are fixed from the inside with screws and then sealed. Fully bonded. The industrial adhesives used have outstanding strength without sacrificing flexibility and durability. All-round sealing

Stability through quality

Eura Mobil offers a particularly stable and torsion-resistant body. To achieve this, we use high-strength moulded parts made of glass fibre reinforced plastics (GRP) and body frames made of light and stable aluminium profiles. In contrast, the aluminium profiles in the base plate, which form the torsion-resistant foundation, remain invisible.

In summer, the double floor of your Eura Mobil motorhome houses a well-tempered cellar. In winter, the underfloor heating effect ensures maximum cosiness.

The lightweight architecture makes Eura Mobil motorhomes particularly light representatives of their class. Thanks to screwless, bonded connection technology from the aviation industry and the use of lightweight yet highly stable GRP components, these models offer the best long-term quality at a particularly low weight.

As we can dispense with heavy wooden struts, our GRP walls save a lot of weight. Nevertheless, they are so stable that even hail cannot damage the outer walls. A continuous, lightweight insulating layer connects the outer wall with the equally weight-saving GRP inner wall. And the "miracle material" GRP is also moisture-resistant.

The structure of the top floor used by Eura Mobil is sound-absorbing and easy to wipe clean. Its top layer is made of PVC, followed by a thin plywood layer on the top floor. The 35 mm thick insulating and support layer is made of special foam, and the final layer is made of moisture-resistant GRP.

The connection between the walls and the roof can also be made without screws. A lightweight, powder-coated aluminium profile is glued over the entire surface. This allows us to dispense with an additional cover profile for the connection point - which also makes the construction lighter.

Would you have known? The furniture design of a large integrated motorhome alone comprises almost 1,000 parts. For this complex task, the furniture architecture of our motorhomes is created at modern CAD workstations. This ensures maximum precision and design reliability. The three-dimensional, spatial visualisation ensures a practical design of the furniture. The result is visible and tangible quality.

To give you all the freedom you need, all Eura Mobil motorhomes are fit for year-round use and specially equipped for the "long journey". The basis for your independence is the full-length heated double floor with a storage capacity of up to 3,800 litres. Your Eura Mobil is well prepared for long journeys and/or trips with up to six people: there is space for up to two body batteries and up to 150 litres of fresh water in the double floor.

The comfortable beds and mattresses in your Eura Mobil are the result of our careful development work and your personal choice. Depending on the model range, layout and equipment, you can determine the arrangement and number of sleeping berths to best suit your taste. You don't really need to worry about the many well thought-out details around the washroom and shower in your Eura Mobil. However, clever technology is always at work in the background for your wellness experience: a powerful and quiet pressurised water pump supplies long-lasting metal fittings with water pressure from the up to 150-litre fresh water tank, just like at home. The water pipes run through the double floor and therefore do not take up any space in the interior. The waste water is collected in a waste water tank via a pipe system equipped with odour-inhibiting siphons. Clever ideas and high quality contribute to your well-being every day.
